CAN THE DATA ON AN IPHONE BE TRANSFERRED ONTO A COMPUTER?

I have had my iPhone for about 2 months. I have a lot of interpretation on it, such as songs and contacts. I synced my iPhone with my computer, but my mechanism crashed and all of my interpretation has been lost. Is there any approach to send the interpretation on my iPhone behind onto my computer?
