HOW CAN I SYNC IPHONE UPDATED CONTACTS WITH MY LAPTOP WITHOUT UPDATING THE CONTACTS ON IPHONE FROM LAPTOP ?

when I bond the iphone to sync the contacts by itunes with my laptop it updates the contacts from opinion to iphone also. I usually wish to send interpretation from ‘iphone to laptop’ and Not from ‘ laptop to iphone’. There have been most contacts on laptop that I do not wish on iphone.
