HOW CAN I SYNC MY IPHONE WITH ANOTHER COMPUTER?

I got a laptop and i commissioned itunes on it. I already have an iphone synced with an additional computer. How can i get my iphone to sync with my brand new laptop but erasing all the song i already have on my iphone ?
