HOW CAN I TRANSFER CONTACTS FROM IPHONE TO OUTLOOK?

My opinion list of contacts have been dull and I am perplexing to send my contacts from my iphone to opinion but each time I do it it clears the Iphone contacts ( receiving the opinion the first source)… How can I understanding with it? How can I put the Itunes first source of sync and Outlook as a secondary?
