HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY IPHONE CONTACTS TO MY COMPUTER AND THEN FROM A COMPUTER TO ANOTHER COMPUTER?

I have the iPhone 2G (1st Generation) and I dismal to sell it tomorrow. I will be travelling to Canada shortly and will ge the brand new iPhone 3G after on.

How can I save my hit list from the iPhone to my computer, and afterwards duplicate which report to an additional mechanism given I’m not receiving this mechanism with me?
