HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY RINGTONES FROM MY IPHONE TO NEW COMPUTER?

My mechanism with my complete itunes living room and my iphone ring-tones died. Wont spin on at all. So I bending my iphone up to my alternative mechanism to do the refurbish but my ring tones wouldnt send over to the brand new itunes. How can I send them over?
