HOW DO I GET MY EBOOK FILES OFF OF MY IPHONE BACK TO MY COMPUTER?

I had an Iphone and I used Stanza to review my ebooks. Well, I’ve switched over to the Palm Pre that doesn’t make use of Stanza only yet. Can any one discuss it me how to get my ebooks off of the Iphone behind onto my computer?
