HOW DO I STOP MY IPHONE FROM ASKING ME TO CONNECT TO ITUNES AFTER I RESTART IT?

i breakwater an iphone 3gs 16gb. i have jailbroken it and commissioned cydia and stone and assorted alternative apps. each time i restart my phone i have to run blackra1n again since the ask me to bond my iphone to itunes. i had a prior iphone 3gs and it didn’t do this. how do i get around this?
