HOW DO YOU UPLOAD YOUR PICTURES FROM YOUR IPHONE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER?

My iPhone has messed up and I have to send it in to get a brand new one. They told me which prior to I send it in which I have to take all off of it so it wouldnt be lost but I do not know how to move my cinema from my iPhone to my computer. Please assistance me! I dont wish to lose all my things.
