HOW MUCH DIFFERENT IS IT TO SET UP & ACTIVATE A USED IPHONE THAN A NEW ONE?

I’m formulation on shopping a USED iPhone off ebay, and I’ve seen the videos for how to turn on & set up a NEW iPhone, but how most opposite is a used one to set up & turn on with iTunes, compared to environment up a brand new iPhone? Any assistance would be great. Thanks!
