HOW TO GET BACK IPHONE APP ON ITUNES IF I’M USING A DIFFERENT COMPUTER?

I not long ago switched mechanism and had to sanction an additional mechanism for my itunes/iphone account. I beheld which my Iphone apps which I downloaded on the alternative mechanism were not benefaction here, how do I send it in to my right away computer? Do I have to rebuy the apps?
