MY IPHONE IS RUNNING HOT AND THE BATTERY IS DRAINING VERY FAST, WHAT IS WRONG?

I’ve finished a tough reboot, and I’ve easy it multiform times and it’s still removing prohibited and the battery is removal really fast. I’ve even incited it on transport mode and it’s still draining. I have a unchanging iPhone 3G. Please help!
