WHAT IS THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN AN IPHONE AND AN I68 PLUS CELL PHONE?

I’ve seen the i68+ and i9+ on ebay and I was wondering if any one knew the disproportion in between the iphone and these phones. Is the i68/i9 a great phone? I have at&t.
