WHAT VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE DO I GET ON AN IPHONE FROM THE STORE?

Hi, I am formulation to get an iPhone from the Apple Store soon. Just wish to know which chronicle of the iphone do I get if I only travel in and buy the phone. I see people posting which V1.11 or V1.12. Of march I wish the ultimate chronicle of software..Will I get the V1.12 ?
