WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE IPHONE AND THE “CLONE” PHONES?

I was selling on ebay and they have a cell phone which looks similar to a iphone but isn’t an iphone. It looks as yet it does the same things and functions the same. So is there any disproportion on top of the name and price??? Has any one owned one prior to or now???
